Ming Chen was established in 1991. Ming Chen Precision Industrial Co., Ltd. was established in July 1991. We have built strong foundation over the years to supply both customized and standard components in plastic mold and die press field. Our expertise comes from our teams knowledge, experience, profound enterprise culture and the persistence in seeking proficient quality. We will continue to provide excellent services and products by taking your requirements as first priority.
Presently, our production equipments are mainly imported from America, Switzerland, Japan and Taiwan. Our workshop is equipped with Japan brand SEIBU, SODICK, FANUC high precision wire-cut, EDM, CNC milling machine, CNC lathe ( turning ), Deep bore drilling machine, centerless grinder, external/internal grinding machine, pin lap grinding machine, vacuum heat treatment, salt-bath nitriding furnace , etc.
Our QC equipments contain 2D coordinate measurement, 2.5D tooling microscope, profile projector, cylinder measurement, surface roughness measurement. Rockwell type hardness tester, etc. which are made in Switzerland.
Our products cover plastic mold (Cosmetics, Medical products, Consumer electronics products, etc.) press die, plastic and rubber mold and various kinds of standard and customized components and jig.
