Was established in 1995 a professional manufacturer of high precision gravity DIE-Casting aluminum alloy units and the team have been helping our customers to achieve their targets by our experience and technology.
Ching hung company imported most advanced production equipment and inspection instrument and our one whole line of pre-producing procedure in gravity die-cast, including from the very first step of mold designing, manufacturing to casting, polishing and the finishing producing, the whole project are completed and handled by ourselves. We manufacture parts for autos, motorcycles, a wide range of machines, pneumatic pumps, hydraulic pumps, pneumatic tools, military weapons, boats, electric parts etc. our products have a tensile strength of 26～29kg/mm and a minimum compression strength of 210kgs.
We are able to produce all kinds of high precision gravity DDE-Casting aluminum alloy parts like motorcycle rim, outer shell of engine, Intake Manifold, Cylinder Head, Water Pump, Cylinder End Housing, compressor scroll, steering wheel, direction machine, gear drive box, etc. With extensive manufacturing experience and quality commitments of customers.
