Starting from Remanufacturing and Rebuilding the used suspension parts, Great Auto Parts (Taiwan car parts maker ) inherits 30+ years of CNC car parts machining and assembly experience in Suspension and Steering parts from family. Considering business expanding and long term strategy, GAP was Reengineering and Established in 2005. Great Auto Parts is known for its Ball Stud / Ball Rod / Ball Pin / Pillow ball/ Gear, and ball joint Housing/ Socket components used in automobiles steering and suspension systems. This includes Tie Rod End, Ball Joint, Stabilizer Link, Drag Link, Idler Arms, bushing, upper control arm, lower control arm and numerous other chassis parts used in automobiles. We also have assembly lines for those parts and sales worldwide.

With a technical and manufacturing team that engages in large volume production of mature auto chassis parts products, it is necessary to maintain rigorous step - by - step processes, and first - class production equipment, along with a certified professional technical staff. In order to gain complete control over production and its related manufacturing costs, we are vertically integrated from receipt of raw material to final shipment of the product. This includes forging, sand blasting, CNC machining, shot peening, ball burnishing, thread rolling, assembly, and all related in process and final assembly testing and packaging. In order to further shorten our delivery schedules and involve product traceability, we have introduced large-scale robotic arms and Smart Factory Management 4.0, to improve our productivity and lead times.

GAP focuses on producing customer design products (ODM / OEM). Small quantities and special design machining parts are very welcome. Our main customers are world leading aftermarket manufacturers worldwide.

Our production equipment is designed to provide employee protection, as we are well aware of our responsibility to prove the upmost safety for our employees and their working environment. We hold employee training courses periodically on working safety with the goal of zero accident.
