USDV, Universal Standard Vision Technology Corporation, established in March 2016, is a machine vision inspection equipment manufacturer and system service provider. USDV team members are mainly transferred from the department of Electronic and Optoelectronic Laboratory of ITRI (Industrial Technology Research Institute) with specialization in the research and development of machine vision technology which are used for automatic optical inspection (AOI) such as the precision measurement for aerospace parts and the sorting machine for vehicle nuts.
Over the years, we have developed TIMI Tele-Centric Image measurement instrument in accordance with the inspection requirements of auto parts and fasteners. Based on the advantages of fast, automatic and precise optical measurement, TIMI was utilized as the first-part and in-process dimension inspection device in the production process of auto parts and fasteners, therefore not only enhancing the capability of quality insurance but also promoting the sales bargain power.
