• Expert in Cylinder TubeIn terms of the steel grade of cylinder tube, we provide EN 1.0580 (E355), DIN ST52, SAE1020, JIS STKM13C, JIS STKM13A, AISI304(1.4301) and AISI 316L(1.4401). Golden Asia improves upon the work with our own precision honing/skived roller burnished, using the diameter tolerance of H7, H8, and surface roughness of Ra0.08 μm. Besides, the biggest internal diameter we produce is 1000mm.
• Expert in Hard Chrome Piston RodThe steel grade of hard chrome piston rod includes DIN CK45, SAE1045, JIS S45C, DIN CF53, JIS G4105, DIN 42CrMo4, SAE4140, EN 19, SCM440, AISI304(1.4301) and AISI 316L(1.4401). After a precision grinding process, the surface then undergoes a hard chrome surface treatment. The surface precision accuracy reaches to f7, f8, and the surface roughness reaches to Ra0.08 μ m. All of piston rods are chromed plated in house, in order to ensure a perfect chrome layer. The best performance of salt spray test can reach to 1000 hours in NSS test. Besides, the longest piston rod we produce is 13,000mm.
