Since 1994, Ideal Enterprise Co., Ltd was found in Taiwan involved in the research and development of hot runner system for plastic injection molding industry, the brand name called “ IDEAL”.
　In 2006,Shanghai Horight Trading Co., Ltd. a subsidiary of Ideal Enterprise is set up in Mainland China, Uphold professional consulting, design, manufacturing, service for the idea. Won the national number of listed companies.
　As a professional hot runner system manufacturer, we provide diversified nozzles for different application, in order to obtain excellent flow path and trouble free installation; highly strict production process and rigid material are applied. Each nozzle channel is honed and the surface roughness Rmax 0.6S is achieved, the concentricity tolerance value 0.01mm of each nozzle body external diameter is procured by cylindrical grinding machine.
The type of steel used for every nozzle body is SKD61 and then heat treated to HRc 48℃, the maximum operating temperature can reach 500℃.
　The complete range of tips are made by three type materials such as beryllium copper, stainless steel and tungsten steel, the combination of tips have been tested with many materials from general plastic such as P.P to engineering plastic PA+30%GF (Glass Fibre) in practice.
Comprehensive hot runner system required integrated tooling design skills and plastic filling analysis knowledge for each project to fulfill customers’ expectation. Therefore the advanced plastic injection molding simulation software Moldex3D corporate with top modeling construction software “ Rhinoceros” is adopted to predict resin-filling behavior to construct optimum hot runner system.
