With over 22 years of expertise, we have combined our specialized team with precision machines to develop high speed shanks, thus meeting the demands of local manufacturers in the line. And we are acknowledged with good reputation from our clients.
Despite the global economic downturn in 2008, the company, under the cause of destiny, obtained the opportunity to manufacture and promote sales of the “TOP TOOL” brand and jointed venture the new company SHIH CHENG CO., LTD. We are now in a better position to deal with the manufacture of special shanks for the clients and are able to upgrade our clients’ competitiveness by using the comparably low manufacturing costs from our own factory at the same time.
