10 Million Monthly Turnout
Our factory covers an area of 1,000 square meters and is equipped with advanced machines that turn out nearly 10 million monthly. We have a good stamping technology and experiences for processing different kinds of materials, including special metal (Ti alloy and Li-Mg alloy) and non-metal (paper plate, PVC and silicon sheet). With such resources, we provide stamped parts with 0.03mm thickness, which we named "Shim". They are widely applied in automotive, motorcycle, breaking system and medical equipment fields.

10 to 20 New Products Per Quarter
To offer you a wider selection, our three R&D personnel with 20 to 25 years of experience release 10 to 20 new products per quarter. We also have long-term business relations with tooling makers to support our R&D ability. Equipped with pneumatic pressing devices and CNC lathing machines, we provide OEM/ODM services and accept buyers' logo printing.

With over 10 Years of QC Experience
We have four QC staff with 10 to 15 years of experience. As a testament of our efforts, we have passed ISO 9001:2008. We are also applying for ISO/TS 16949:2009. To control quality, we only use materials from the UK and Italy and operate special QC testing machinery such as 2.5D image projectors and micrometers for inner diameter precision of 0.001mm.

Delivery takes 20 to 30 Days
We have 10 to 15 years of experience in international trade and are proficient in English. Delivery lead time is 45 to 60 days or depending on ordered items and quantities. Our sample lead time is 20 to 30 days for standard products. Inquire today.
