The hexagonal Tool Turret is a single piece casting mounted on heavy machine structure
giving more rigidity.
The spindles and gears are machined ,from high quality alloy steel, case hardened and grounded to get maximum wear resistance, long time accuracy and no deformation.
All spindles assemblies have two nos. new Japanese Tapered Roller Bearings to achieve maximum rigidity and precision required by many applications of customers.
All other key components are manufactured on high quality Japanese machines like
Makino MC-86 , Niigata NH-80A CNC, etc. All the drive parts are processed using a special high frequency carburizing grinding.
A high quality SOP is employed for system durability and stability.
The machine is very compact thus saves lot of valuable floor surface.
