Crucible Particle Metallurgy (referred to as CPM) in 1970 and the advent of technology, widely used in high-speed steel and high-alloy steel products. CPM is divided into 11 different grades and with different metal content. Different steel qualities can also be used in different product categories.
Teng-exclusive agent in Germany ZAPP of CPM technology. Germany ZAPP Founded in AD 1701, is a 300-year history, as the leading metallurgical industry - with the most exclusive and advanced technology, the most diverse and complete product categories.
CPM's exclusive processing technology, makes the product has the following five advantages (see Figure 1) - dimensional stability heat treatment, grinding resistance, toughness, and resistance to wear and strong consumption, mechanical performance enhancements. From the process aspect (see Figure II), we can very clearly see the CPM and conventional powder tool steel technical differences.
The latest technology will lead higher product stability and a new page metallurgical industry!
