About Us

Development of Chii Lee:
Chii Lee Enterprise Corp. was established in 1980, starting the business with mold development at the beginning. After two years, we enlarged the factory and moved to Dashe St., Shengang Dist., Taichung. We mainly handled making the molding of cosmetic packaging, lighter, electric wire accessories and pen series. Furthermore, we set up Chii Lii Co., Ltd. in 1996, which crossed the field of plastic injection molding. We expanded the business to cellphone, electronic and photoelectric parts. In 2009, we designed and developed cable marker series as well by our own. Since 2015, we have made our own lipstick cartridge core and started increasing our own products. In order to provide better service and expand to foreign cosmetics markets, we created a new brand - Shell Makeup in 2019.We have passed ISO 9001:2015 certification, and it push both our quality and internal system to a new realm.
