Hot Half is the fix side mold exclude the Cavity Plate. While the hot runner system is installed, the mold manufacturing time can be shortened, and the assembly of HR system is not needed after the Hot Half has been delivered. This will reduce the cost.
The dimension of the mold plate can be made according to customer’s request. (fixing, auxiliaries, etc.) so that it is trouble free after the delivery.
