OD grinding spindle

Y-axis is equipped with a sleeve-type high-rigidity grinding spindle, with 355mm(OD) grinding wheel, which greatly improves the machining performance and efficiency during OD grinding and external face grinding.

Internal grinding spindle

Z-axis and Z2-axis are equipped with powerful built-in grinding spindles and oil cooling systems.It can significantly reduce the vibration caused by spindle. Also the direct drive design can avoid slippery from traditional belt drive design.

Workpiece spindle

A sleeve-type high-rigid spindle with A2-6 nose.this spindle is designed with high axial and radial rigidity, stable temperature rise, small thermal deformation and high dynamic running accuracy and stability of the workpiece.

Grinding wheel dressing mechanism

With dual independent moving design and deiven by hydraulic cylinder, this ideal mechanical structure can greatly reduce the interference caused by workpiece grinding.

Z-axis and Z2-axis can be operated independently

The machine can equip with 2 different internal grinding wheels for processing, which perfectly fit the workpieces with high accuracy and complicated designs. Another unique design is that machine is able to equip with lathe tools, in this way client is able to reduce workpiece allowance to min. amount for cycle time saving and also grinding wheel consuming!
