1) The drilling tapping center integrates the features of high speed and maximum stability. The series of machines enhances the structural design to assure the best dynamic and static stability. They are equipped with high speed spindle, combined with 48 m/54m/min. rapid traverse rate on three axes making an optimistic integration and according to customer’s request of using turntable or arm type tool magazines for the best choice of customers.

HIGH RIGIDITY STRUCTURE
► All components are used with Finite Element Methods ( FEM ), which provides advantages of an optimal design and a light-weighted structure, to ensure overall mechanical rigidity.
► The center-symmetric spindle head reduces thermal distortion while ensuring structural stability and machining accuracy.
► The direct-drive spindle provides 45 N-m max. torque output which can fulfill high speed machining requirements ( SIEMENS ).
► The BT30 spindle provides low energy consumption and outstanding surface roughness advantages.
► The axial drive system is driven by a direct-drive motor which provides optimal indexing precision and fast indexing capabilitiy.
► Large size chip groove with circular coolant nozzle provides optimal chip removal.
PERFORMANCE
►The standard 14T front-end tool magazine achieves 1.2 second tool change time, providing fast but steady machining performance.
►The optional servo indexing tool magazine is also available. Tool change movements are single step, without pauses, no matter how many stations are skipped.
