In order to meet the demand for high precision requirements, the WNC series can bring more satisfactory experience in setting the workpiece size. The WNC series helps the operator to easily set the positioning points and the amount of wear and the machine can easily run the prepared parameters. Moreover, good results can be expected compared to conventional types of surface grinders.
The WNC series can be fully automatic 3 axes. The WNC series automatic vertical feed is driven by the stepping motor. Once the set value is reached, the grinding wheel stops feeding and performs the polishing action, and then the Z axis grinding wheel automatically returns to the home position. The WNC series can handle a wide range of components with an accuracy of 0.01 to 0.02 mm / 500 mm and a surface roughness of at least Ra 0.8 μm (depending on different options).
