Features of the Power Tank:
We have the same skills as the most famous high frequency induction furnace' company all over the world
Use SCR rectifier to do repairment, it can control the signal of output and stop fast
It can be controlled by Man-Machine Interface(MMI), including all kinds of information of melting, all kinds of meaning and problem-solving of cooling water
Use active firing system to trigger the high frequency, in order to ensure the operation is running
Use high temperature and hydrolysis durable nylon water cooling tube to avoid the trouble of insulation layer peeling down of normal water tube
Adopt the newest leak system in order to make sure the safety of the engineer
Two sets of power tanks can provide two furnaces arbitrary power allocation, one furnace melting and the other one heat preservation at the same time
All the element inside the power tank have security planning, it can be maintenance safely and soon
There is a water-cooled fan cycle system to keep ventilate and low temperature, to reduce the loss of air condition
Features of the Furnace:
A aluminum alloy cover to protect hydraulic cylinder, making it safe and durable.
The top and bottom furnaces all use top of the line pre-cast plates which ensures that the furnace is rigid.
One-piece cast aluminum side panel: This integrated design adds support strength to the furnace.
The coil uses copper plate connector for input and output to reduce current loss.
Induction coil: made of the high conductivity copper tubing to enhance conductivity and rigidity; copper tubing thickness is greater than 3.5mm.
Electrical cables with water-cooled copper plate connectors behind the furnaces to avoid accidental damage.
Hydraulic tilting system: aluminum pretection cover added to hydraulic cylinders, eliminating un-wanted induction heat and reducing wears.
Stainless steel structure and fasteners are used for the whole furnace, excluding bottom stand.
Furnace cooling system installed with “pump-back” design to prevent “steam explosion”
Half platform type
This is good for sites where setting-up may be difficult; we can fully construct the system and have them up and running in no time at all.
Whole platform type
- Non-Exposed Style is completely sealed up; reduces the amount of machine and furnace dust
- Putting in materials is easy and safe.
- All of site's operations can be easily overseen on the higher-up platform
Underground style melting setup
- Power Supply placed below the furnace platform.
- According to site requirements, remote control panel is used to control the operation from a distance.

- The figures in the melting rate table refers to the number of kilograms melted each hour.
- The figures in the above table is for normal operating conditions: that is from second furnace on, and with dense charging of metals to be melted.
- The melting rate of other metals can be estmated by multiplying the the following factors by the melting rate of steel: copper - 1.6, gold - 5.0, silver - 2.8
