Auto pallet changer machining center is characterized by its high speed, high precision and ensures high quality products.
● Traveling column with rotating dual pallets design
● High speed 10,000rpm direct drive spindle.
● Fast 30M/min rapid traverse.
● Linear guide ways on 3 axes ensure the precision and high rigidity.
● The automatic 180 degree rotating pallet is mounted directly on machine bed to ensure the table rigidity, and the rotating pallet is hydraulic rack operated. Max. work piece weight is 600/1000 kgs per table. The non-cutting side table is flexible for loading and unloading work pieces.
