Quick Jet establishes service and training center all in Taiwan, Kunshan and Guangdong, and request all agents have to found their own service / application department.
Before machine delivery, all customers are requested to send their operators to take training in Quick Jet. After they are qualified, then finished the training and approved the capability, the machine will be ready for delivery only.
Quick Jet emphasizes on the after-sales service and regards it as the most priority. Because we never think first the profit making and gaining, instead of we care most about the time cost and production lagging caused by the machine stop, we would offer our customers' machines back to normal operation within the shortest time.

1.We have setup our maintenance centers in Taiwan, Kunshan, and Guangdong in China to provide the immediate service for our customers.
2.All global agents must send their members periodically to receive the training to assure for their service capability to maintain locally and independently.
3.FISCHER ( spindle supplier in Switzerland ) sent their members to stay in Quick Jet's factories of Taiwan and China for assistance to solve the spindle problem for the customers.
4.Sub-contractors and cooperative partners hold meeting （ non-periodically ）to listen to the problems from the service people of Quick Jet and continue to provide solution for improving.
